Find the work your business is still doing by hand.
Tell us your business and we research it live, then show which of its day-to-day work AI could take over — with the evidence behind every finding.
How it works
We identify the business
A web search for who you are: what you do, where you operate, and how customers currently reach you.
We look at how it runs
A second, separate search — job adverts, whether customers can book or order online, the software you already use, and reviews that name a process going wrong.
We judge what could be automated
No searching at this stage. An analysis over the evidence already gathered, so what was found stays separable from what was concluded.
What it can and cannot see
Everything here comes from public sources. That means it can miss work that leaves no trace online, and it will say so rather than guess — every finding cites where it came from, and anything we could not establish is listed as a gap. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a substitute for looking at your actual numbers.
What you get back
A readiness score out of 100
How ready you already are to adopt automation, based on your existing digital footprint rather than the size of the opportunity.
The processes still done by hand
Each one with how it works today, what could take it over, and how complex that would be.
The evidence behind every finding
Linked to the page it came from. Anything we could not point at a source for is left out rather than guessed.
What we could not determine
The gaps are listed as plainly as the findings. They are usually the most useful part of the report.
Questions
How long does it take?
Usually between one and three minutes. The tool searches the web while you wait and fills in each stage as it finishes, so you can see it working rather than watching a blank screen.
What do you need from me?
A business name or a website address. Nothing else is required to run it. We ask for an email while the audit is running so we can follow up on what it finds. The report appears on screen and the PDF downloads from the page whether or not you give us one.
Is it actually free?
Yes. There is no card, no trial and no account. We cap how many run each day because each audit does real research, so if you arrive after the cap you can leave your details and we will get in touch to run yours.
Where does the information come from?
Public sources only: your own website, job adverts, business directories, and customer reviews. We do not connect to your systems and we have no access to anything private.
What if it does not find much?
Then it says so, rather than inventing findings. A business with little trace online will get a short report and a long list of gaps — which is itself worth knowing, because if we cannot see how you operate from the outside, most of your customers cannot either.
How is this different from your paid audit?
This one reads what is public and takes a couple of minutes. The paid AI Opportunity Audit works from the inside — your actual volumes, systems, costs and the people doing the work — and ends with a prioritised build plan and a fixed price. The free report is a starting point for that conversation, not a replacement for it.
What happens to my details?
We store your email and the report so we can send it to you and follow up once about working together. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your details. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
